Inn at Crystal Lake

The Inn at Crystal Lake (originally the Palmer House) is the centerpiece of Eaton Center – a village complete with a general store and Little White Church. Innkeepers, Bobby and Tim, made this historic inn their home in 2001 and have been proudly continuing a legacy of friendly hospitality. This full-service inn has eleven guest rooms as well as a popular pub and dining room. The Boston Globe praised the Palmer House Pub as the “tiny pub with a world of flavors” and the dining room is the sight of monthly Opera Dinners. Tim – a classical baritone – has been delighting guests since 2005 with arias and information on a different opera each month. These evenings are paired with a four-course dinner and have gotten attention from the Boston Globe, Manchester Union Leader, New Hampshire Chronicle and Yankee Magazine. Being sandwiched between the Lakes Region and White Mountains (only ten minutes to North Conway) means you’ll be close to all the action, but tucked away for when you want it to be a little quieter. And, continuing with the Inn’s music theme, perhaps you’ll enjoy one of their lodging packages in conjunction with the Stone Mountain Arts Center which has musical acts such as Lyle Lovett, Mary Chapin Carpenter, the Indigo Girls, Judy Collins, etc. No matter how you decide to take advantage of the Inn at Crystal Lake – you’re assured of an uncommon experience!
