Savor the flavors of
spring in the White Mountains with our newly expanded event which includes tastings, recipes and tours at ten White Mountain inns, visits to breweries, a chocolate-maker, an organic market and family-owned farms.
Each inn presents an in-depth look at a popular culinary herb and offers delicious samples of an herb-inspired recipe. In addition, chefs from our four member inns with restaurants will present cooking demonstrations and have created optional, three course “plant-to-plate” dinners. You’ll take home new inspiration for your own herb garden, new recipes, a year of culinary ideas, and a full stomach!
