Savor the flavors of
spring in the White Mountains with our newly expanded event which includes tastings, recipes and tours at ten White Mountain inns, visits to breweries, a chocolate-maker, an organic market and family-owned farms.
Each inn presents an in-depth look at a popular culinary herb and offers delicious samples of an herb-inspired recipe. In addition, chefs from our four member inns with restaurants will present cooking demonstrations and have created optional, three course “plant-to-plate” dinners. You’ll take home new inspiration for your own herb garden, new recipes, a year of culinary ideas, and a full stomach!
The Herb, Food and Beer Tour is an annual spring event available to those booking an Herb, Food and Beer Tour Lodging Package at one of ten member inns. Lodging packages include one or two night stays, herb-themed breakfasts each morning, two tickets to the Tour, a commemorative linen tea towel, and a specially-priced optional three-course dinner add-on.
