RIVERBEND INN BED and BREAKFAST - Fresh Berry Parfait
Ingredients: (makes 4 servings) 1 cup chopped strawberries 1 cup fresh blueberries, raspberries or blackberries (or any combination) vanilla yogurt cinnamon maple syrup granola Directions: Place heaping teaspoon of strawberries and teaspoon of blueberries in a parfait glass. Put a teaspoon or two of yogurt on top, then sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with maple syrup. Sprinkle granola on top. Add another layer of berries, yogurt, cinnamon, maple syrup and granola. Place parfaits in refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
