LAKE VIEW COTTAGE BED and BREAKFAST - Crab Quiche
    
Crab Quiche Ingredients: (Serves 8)
1 9" pie shell, uncooked
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons flour
1/2 cup cream
1 small can lump crabmeat
1 8-ounce package of Swiss cheese
1/2 cup diced onion

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into the pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until knife comes out clean in the center.
