at JACKSON - Breakfast Souffle
Ingredients:
11 slices of white bread (frozen)
4 cups of cheddar cheese shredded
10 beaten eggs
3 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Make the night before and refrigerate, cook in the morning. Beat eggs. Add seasonings, milk, and cheese. Butter bread frozen, cut off crusts and cut into cubes. Add cubes to mixture. Can add: Bacon, ham, onions, green peppers, tomatoes, broccoli etc. Mix well and pour into greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until top is golden.
